ZATCA E-Invoicing Phase 2 (FATOORA) Integration

Saudi Arabia's Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has introduced strict mandates for electronic invoicing (Phase 2 Integration). During a recent corporate visit to Riyadh, our CEO worked alongside local trading groups to deploy fully ZATCA-compliant ERP systems, enabling automatic invoice clearance, cryptographic stamps, and QR code generation.

Automating Real-Time Cryptographic Signatures

Under ZATCA Phase 2, every B2B invoice must be cleared in real-time, requiring a secure API link between the ERP and the ZATCA portal. The Riyadh build of HisabPlus implements:

  • Cryptographic Stamp Generation: Automatically signing invoices with localized digital certificates.
  • XML Invoice Reporting: Instant generation and submission of compliant XML files to ZATCA.
  • ZATCA QR Codes: Printing QR codes containing company name, VAT number, timestamp, and invoice totals.

'Saudi Arabia's digital transformation requires absolute technical compliance. We have integrated HisabPlus directly with ZATCA's API network to make e-invoicing effortless.' - Rubayet Fahad, CEO

An incredibly stable integration. Our invoices are cleared by ZATCA and generated with correct QR codes in less than a second.
